49 yo Female Botox & Juvederm

Patient has previously done Botox injections in her glabella and crows feet and would like to continue with this therapy as she is happy with her results. Patient also wanted to address some loss of volume in her lips and central face and we elected to move forward with Juvederm Hyaluronic filler injections.
