"Great experience from start to finish. The people in this office are so accommodating and friendly. I went to Dr. Mitchell to have a mole removed from my cheek and he was thorough, did the procedure the same day, and gave me an extremely fair price. 10/10 would recommend."
"I never write reviews but Dr. Mitchell and his office staff seriously impressed me! I hate going to the doctor because they just want to get you in and push you out as fast as possible so they can send you a huge bill with added costs that you do not understand. Dr. Mitchell takes the time to explain everything to you in detail. His office staff said they could squeeze me in that day even though they didn’t have any open appointments for over a week. They knew I was in pain so they went above and beyond to help. They also explained all of the cost up front before they did anything and I have never been to a doctor that was this helpful. I have been in customer service for over a decade and I am rarely impressed but the team at BSC deserve 6 stars!"

"This is the best experiance I have had at a dermitologist. this was my 1st time visiting Dr. Mitchell. They have new patient forms available online. I had printed them out and completed beforehand. Thus there was no wait once I reached the clinic. I was seen within 5 mins of arrival. the clinic was very clean. All the staff was friendly. Dr. Mitchell took time to answer all my questions without rushing me. (in my previous visits to other dermitologist in cookeville, I was never seen by a doctor. only by PN). He had a very positive attitude . He explained things in layman’s terms. I had chosen Dr. Mitchell after reading previous reviews and the experience did not disappoint me at all.I would definitely recommend to see Dr. Mitchell if you are in greater nashville area."
"I cannot rave about Dr. Mitchell enough. When I visited his office, I had recently been through scabies. I had gotten ride of it but continued to have skin problems. Other doctors just wanted to give me more of the meds they had been giving me, eventually over-treating me and causing a lot of my longer lasting skin problems. I had to visit Dr. Mitchell a few times- he was patient and listened to all my concerns. A few steroids he tried were quite expensive & when I called his office, he immediately said to please let him know anytime that ever happened- he would find a cheaper solution. (And he did!)"

I got a thorough assessment and left super impressed with Dr. Mitchell’s comprehensive knowledge base and his meticulous eye for detail. (This is the guy you want checking for slight changes in curious moles). Kimberly was so kind and helpful and graciously went out of her way to assist me. Dr. Mitchell was super gentle and compassionate, very concerned about his patients comfort and concerns."

"Excellent experience with Dr. Mitchell and his staff. I am a new patient and from the very first phone call with the receptionist to Dr. Mitchell’s exam the experience was great. Friendly staff, helpful, thorough, direct, high energy, and welcoming. They were able to work me in within 3 hours of my initial call even though I was a new patient. Once I arrived they got me in to see the doctor within 10 minutes. The total visit from entry to exit was less than 30 minutes - which was perfect for me!"
"This place just moved to it’s new location and I am very happy with the service I received. It’s on the ground floor with plenty of parking, the decor is really nicely done, and most importantly Dr. Mitchell is excellent. He is friendly and outgoing. He listened to all my concerns, did a thorough check, and then I had him burn off a number of skin tags and little red dots on my abdomen. All of it was cosmetic and many medi-spas would have charged me a fortune, but he was SO reasonable. I got them all removed and they healed up beautifully. I’m ready for swimsuit season now! I have sent many friends to him and they are also very happy with the experience. If you need a dermatologist in Nashville/Brentwood I highly recommend Brentwood Skin Clinic!"
